Steph is a senior marketing specialist with extensive experience managing brands at global, regional, and local levels across Australia & New Zealand, China, and Europe. She has worked across a broad spectrum of FMCG and therapeutic goods categories, including Personal Care, Household Cleaning, Snacking, Breakfast, Sports & Diet, Ready Meals, Health & Wellbeing, and Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements.

Over her career, Steph has built brands from scratch, revitalised those that had lost their way, and reignited growth in declining markets—often achieving double-digit results. She has deep expertise in navigating complex retail environments, successfully activating campaigns within major channels including Grocery, Pharmacy, Department Stores, Health Food Stores, and Ecommerce. Whether launching new products, securing shelf space, or rescuing SKUs from deletion, Steph brings a mix of strategic insight and hands-on grit.

As a founder herself, Steph knows what it takes to bring a vision to life. She launched Australia’s first online aromatherapy retailer, giving her unique insight into ecommerce and the real-world challenges of building a brand from the ground up. It’s this combination of corporate experience and entrepreneurial spirit that drives her passion for helping others turn ambition into action.
